This document serves as a binding agreement between 77 joya ("Platform", "we" or "site") and its members ("you", "user"). By using the platform, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.

77 joya is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides various gaming services for Bangladeshi users, including casino games, live casino, slots and sports betting.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Account: A member's personal registered profile through which all platform services can be accessed.
• Balance: The total amount of funds held in a member's account.
• Bonus: Promotional funds provided by the platform, the use of which is restricted under specific conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to wager a specified amount before funds received from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Net Loss: The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total wagers placed over a given period.

To register with 77 joya, a member must be at least 21 years of age. If proof of age is requested, the member must provide a valid government-issued ID. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.1 Registration Process

3.1 Deposit Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly 77 joya Reload: 30% bonus on any weekly deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳500. (Example: a ৳2,000 deposit earns a ৳600 bonus → wagering ৳600 × 18 = ৳10,800.)
• 77 joya Slot Festival: 50% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳10,000, wagering 25 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• 77 joya Birthday Gift: Verified members will receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 on their birthday, wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend, Get 77 joya: Up to ৳1,500 for each successful referral, wagering 8 times.
• Cricket Season Bonus: 40% bonus on deposits made for cricket event betting, up to ৳6,000, wagering 20 times.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is never a substitute for cash; it is a promotional benefit.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• 77 joya reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

The platform's rules apply to all bets placed and games played on 77 joya. Each game has its own rules and it is the member's responsibility to read them before playing.

5.1 Validity of Bets

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was accepted in error due to a technical fault on the platform.
• If the result of any game or bet is voided due to a technical issue, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a clear pricing error is identified, 77 joya reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Fraud and Unauthorised Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Operating linked accounts with the intent to exploit bonus conditions.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

The 77 joya VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as a member moves to a higher tier.

6.1 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week: Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8% cashback.

Example: if a Silver member incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

VIP tier is determined based on a member's gaming activity and consistency. A specified level of gaming activity is required to reach a higher tier. 77 joya reserves the right to change the VIP program conditions at any time.

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Sharing or disclosing an account password to anyone is strictly prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 77 joya will not be held responsible for any loss to an account caused by a member's negligence or deliberate disclosure of information.
• All transactions on the platform are secured through SSL encryption and other security technologies.
